Check Out Procedure

Our standard check out time is at 10am. Please see reception on Ground floor for check-out. If you are leaving prior to 8am, please kindly leave the keys in your room and email us regarding your departure.

Rubbish Disposal

You may dispose your rubbish into the rubbish chute in the Service Room in the far right of the lift during your stay if required for long stay guests. Please only allow small to medium sized rubbish to be thrown down the chute as oversized rubbish will block the chute.

Call-Out Fee

Please ensure you have your key cards when you when you exit the room. Should you lock yourself out of the apartment and require our Security Operator, Monjon to attend, a call out fee of $150 will apply outside of our reception hours. The contact number is +614 17 666 566.

Housekeeping

We provide a weekly complimentary set of linens for long stay guests to replace during their stay. Housekeeping services and additional linens can be provided with an additional cost of $50 per cleaning for a 1-bedroom and $60 per cleaning for a 2-bedroom.

Other Provisions

Being in the city, noise could be a concern for some guests, so we have prepared some earplugs if required. Please see us at the reception during reception opening hours if you require these amenities.

Car Parking Information

Carpark is accessible 24/7 during our guests’ stay. Carpark opening hours are from Monday to Friday (7am - 7pm). Please use the access FOB provided during non-opening hours (Weekdays after hours, Weekends & Public Holidays). The parking card has to be displayed at all times at your vehicle’s dashboard for a permitted park.

Departure Outside of Carpark Operating Hours:

Please have the parking FOB with you when accessing the carpark as the carpark gate will be closed. After removing your car, please return the keys to the reception or under the reception sliding door if our receptions is not open.

Departure During Carpark Operating Hours:

Prior to collecting your vehicle, please return the FOB to the reception during check out.
