How do I make a booking?

If there is a problem with the property, who do I call?

Please call us on +613 9118 9000 during reception hours 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. For after hours emergency, please contact our Security Operator, Monjon on +614 17 666 566

 

What happens if I lose the keys?

You will be charged the replacement cost of the keys, remotes and access swipes which may sometimes cost up to $200 to replace. Please try not to lose them

 

What time is check in and check out?

Our reception hours are 8:00 am - 8:00 pm daily
Our standard check-in time is from 2-3pm onwards
Our standard check-out time is at 10am

 

What do I do with the keys when I check out?

Please check out at the reception desk. For after hours check out, please drop your keys at the express check out box

 

Is early check-ins and late check-outs possible?

We will try our best to accommodate your check-in and check-out preference outside of our standard times, but only subject to availability. Please let us know and we will confirm this with you

 

Who do I call in the case of an emergency?

In the case of an emergency requiring Police, Ambulance or Fire-brigade you should always dial 000 and seek relevant assistance
