Canvas Apartment Hotel blew my expectations out the water, great view into the CBD, tram stop right in front of the hotel, with plenty of things to do in the immediate vicinity it was the perfect location for my first trip to Melbourne.
Facilities were great and well maintained with friendly staff at reception and very friendly cleaning staff - the gym albeit tiny I could still incorporate a decent workout all in all would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This is a nice place to stay when visiting Melbourne. It locates in the CBD and with a spectacular view out of your room. ( sorry forgot which floor I was staying in) it’s super convenient to the public transportation, tram stop and train station all nearby. Definitely recommend it to visitors. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

absolutely amazing apartment hotel with great location. right across the river from the convention centre. the staff were lovely, though we only saw a couple over the time of our stay. the layout of our apartment was really clever and felt quite spacious despite not being very large overall (more than enough room for the two of us). the design choices made it feel very clean and fresh. reasonable prices for what you get and was exactly like the photos. would highly recommend staying here especially if you plan to go to the convention centre for an event.

I must say I had a great stay at Canvas Apartments for my trip in Melbourne. Location is perfect to move around with tram station just in front and southern cross station just a 5 min short walk. The one bedroom unit fits well for me and my 3 year old daughter. Definitely better than an average hotel as my kid has the space to move around given the space and also amenities such as the washer, refrigerator, cooker was a plus for us. Would recommend anyone considering this place.

This place was amazing! We stayed on the 25th floor and had the best views of Melbourne! It was in such a great location, walking distance to crown and southern Cross station! And easy tram access to travel around! The rooms were clean and tidy, and spacious! Highly recommend to anyone! We will book again for our next concert in Melbourne.

The place is a lovely service apartment in the Canvas building. It has everything you would need, clean linens to all appliances. Everything is just a tram ride away, so the location is super accessible. If traveling to/from Melbourne Airport, the Skybus stop is barely a 5 mins walk. We enjoyed our stay, and the team gave very thorough instructions for check-in and check out. It was all super easy. Would definitely stay again if in Melbourne!
